GAMEDAY INSTRUCTIONS
✔️ Player registration starts at 10:30am.
✔️ Games kickoff at 11:00am.
✔️ Please submit completed and signed Waiver Form during registration.
Note: Players will not be allowed to play without completed and signed waivers.
✔️ Players should wear shin guards.
✔️ Please bring water. Players are advised to hydrate during the games.
✔️ Tournament Venue: Asphalt Green Soccer Field, 555 East 90th Street, New York, NY 10128

➡️ Print the waiver form, and bring the completed and signed waiver form along with you on the day of the tournament. Thank you.
